Steal the Celebrity Style – Alexa Chung

High fashion and Alexa Chung inevitably go hand in hand and you are likely to see hell freeze over before you see Miss Chung put a foot wrong in the fashion stakes. She boasts the sort of innate style and fashion sense that is incredibly rare and she looks just as good when she is dressed casually as she does when she is dressed up for film premieres and red carpet events.

As you can see from the picture of Alexa Chung on a shopping trip, she certainly knows how to make casual look incredibly fashionable – she is often seen in oversized cowboy shirts and a pair of skinny jeans. This isn’t altogether surprising as it is a look that really works well for the model / TV star.

Fashionista is somewhat of an overused term nowadays but there are few women for whom the term is more appropriate than Alexa Chung and for anyone looking for a few fashion pointers, you won’t go too far astray by stealing this British style icon’s look.

Cowboy shirts and plaid clothing in general is great for the autumn and winter season and to replicate Alexa’s look all you need to do is pull out your favorite pair of skinny jeans and throw on a Western style shirt. It’s such a simple look but one that will be timeless given the sense of laidback style it provides.

Alexa Chung isn’t all about the casual, of course. She can also mix it with the best of them when it comes to dressing to impress – as you can see from her appearance on the red carpet to the right. Being glamorous so consistently is no mean feat and with the prevalence of paparazzi today it is so easy to be caught on camera looking less than your best.

Not for Alexa Chung, however, as there are none (or at least very few) pictures of this beautiful model and actress looking anything less than immaculate. This is testament to her fashion dedication and as style icons go, she is one of the best in the business.
